The hotel has 10 elegantly furnished double bedrooms spread across 2 floors. The rooms can either be air conditioned or non air-conditioned as per guest requirement. The furniture is made of wood in Keralan style which provides comfort even in the summer months. The rooms have satellite television, internet, 24 Hour room service, balcony to sit outside along with attached bathrooms with hot/cold running water. The hotel has an in-house multi cuisine, open-air restaurant which serves North Indian, Chinese, Continental and traditional Kerala culinary. Morning breakfast is complimentary. The hotel arranges for different types of sight seeing tours which also includes night fishing, cruises on sea and lake, days spent in houseboats traveling in the picture perfect backwaters, trekking, Ayurvedic massage sessions in a nearby hospital, wildlife viewing tours and picnics.
